By accessing or using Stetos.co, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. What the Service includes

Stetos.co helps customers create and operate AI agents for interviews, research, intake, support, and similar workflows. Depending on plan and configuration, the Service may include:

  • agent creation through quick create, manual configuration, and templates
  • voice and chat sessions through hosted pages, shared links, and embedded widgets
  • knowledge uploads and contextual prompt compilation
  • transcripts, structured summaries, metrics, analytics dashboards, and insight snapshots
  • rewards, next-step actions, and other post-session workflow features

3. Accounts and workspace security

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers control agent prompts, deployment context, audience targeting, public sharing, embedded experiences, and respondent communications. Customers are responsible for:

  • obtaining any notices, disclosures, and consent required by applicable law
  • deciding whether voice, transcript, metadata, or other respondent data may lawfully be collected
  • reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact contexts
  • avoiding the upload or processing of content they do not have rights to use

5. Plans, billing, and feature access

Paid features and usage limits depend on the active plan associated with your account. Billing is processed through Stripe. Some features, templates, or limits may only be available on certain plans or through add-ons.

  • subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date
  • cancellations generally take effect at the end of the active billing cycle unless required otherwise by law
  • we may change pricing or packaging prospectively with notice before the change takes effect

6. User content and licenses

You retain ownership of the prompts, files, knowledge sources, transcripts, recordings, metadata, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant Stetos.co a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

7. AI outputs and automation risks

The Service uses automated systems and third-party model providers to generate transcripts, classifications, summaries, metrics, and other outputs. Those outputs may be incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating whether an output is appropriate for your use case.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate law or third-party rights
  • process unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or access controls
  • introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with platform availability
  • misrepresent respondent consent, identity, or the purpose of data collection

We may suspend or limit access when necessary to investigate abuse, security concerns, legal risk, or material breaches of these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received from the other party using reasonable safeguards and will only use that information to support the relationship contemplated by these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Intellectual property

Stetos.co and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, designs, workflows, brand assets, and related documentation. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no other rights are transferred to you.
