1. Introduction

Welcome to Stetos.co ("Stetos", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1. Paid Services. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select via our payment processor (Stripe).

3.2. Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds for partial months or years.

3.3. Changes to Pricing. Stetos reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

4. User Content and AI Data

4.1. Your Content. You retain all rights and ownership of the content you submit, upload, or display on the Service, including agent configurations and session data ("User Content").

4.2. License to Stetos. By using the Service, you grant Stetos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4.3. AI Interactions. You acknowledge that the Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies (including but not limited to OpenAI and VAPI) to generate responses and insights. You understand that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or unbiased. Stetos does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated outputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stetos and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Mexico and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stetos, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
