1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Stetos.co, including our website, hosted application, APIs, widgets, and related services (collectively, the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers control the interview prompts, deployment context, and participant communications. Customers are responsible for obtaining all notices and consent required by applicable law before collecting or processing participant voice, transcript, or metadata through the Service.

4. Billing, Plans, and Add Ons

Paid features are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. Plan changes, usage limits, and add on behavior are governed by the active plan configuration in your account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Cancellation applies at the end of the active billing cycle unless required otherwise by law.
• Prices may change with prospective effect and notice on renewal.

5. User Content and Processing Rights

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including prompts, files, transcripts, recordings, and metadata (User Content). You grant Stetos.co a non exclusive license to process User Content only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

6. AI and Automated Outputs

The Service uses AI systems and third party model providers to generate responses and analytics. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for human review before relying on outputs for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high impact decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security controls, transmit harmful code, or process prohibited content. We may suspend or limit access for abuse, fraud risk, or material violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Stetos.co and all related software, branding, and service materials are owned by Stetos.co and its licensors. Except for expressly granted rights, no license is granted to copy, modify, or redistribute the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party and may use it only to perform under this relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stetos.co disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stetos.co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal requirements, or security risks. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version date above identifies the effective text. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
